Mark and Nick did an exceptional job. While virtually schooling kids, new baby, and running a business, they were mindful of working out a plan where we'd be in another part of the house so we could continue life as normal- how thoughtful! They were knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. Wore masks, shoe covers and were extremely professional. We moved into home recently built in 1993 where the air ducts had NEVER been cleaned. Our HVAC company showed us just how bad the lack of maintenance was. The Team from Air Duct Southeast did an awesome job, not only cleaning the ducts and vents, but painting the vents before replacing them. They worked until we were totally pleased! We would highly recommend this company's services.

We just had our ducts and dryer vent cleaned today. Would HIGHLY recommend this service in your home ESPECIALLY to the dryer vent. Very satisfied with the service, and Jonah and Juanya did an excellent job and tried very hard to accommodate our schedule. They worked very well together and addressed any questions we had courteously and professionally. Highly recommend them to do your job. They even found a way to get over the stacked washer and dryer to squeeze behind them to clean the vent and clean all the debris that came out of the vent. Great job guys!!! And great clean up.

Excellent job! Mark and Rio were great! Very professional and polite. They repaired our blocked dryer vent. They showed us all the lent that was keeping our dryer from drying. They recommended having the service done once a year! And believe me we will! They said blocked dryer vents are one of the leading causes of house fires!!! Nick and Mark did a wonderful job cleaning the air ducts in my new home. The previous owners did not take their dust and mold with them so I called Chris the owner who came out and gave me a very reasonable quote. You will realize how reasonable the cost is after you see the job that they do. This company is top-notch and I am really happy with the work.

Brian and Mark were highly professional, always courteous and very thorough. They arrived on time and completed the work on time and kept us informed of the work progress. We ve had our beach home for only two and a half years and weren t sure when, if ever, the ducts had been cleaned. The amount of dust and sand removed from the system and dryer vent was incredible. The people were superb. They arrived on time, were respectful of me and my home, and did a high quality job., They went the extra mile in several instances. The owner Chris showed up to check the work and discovered my AC filter hadn't been changed since the dawn of time. He volunteered to go to the store and buy two replacements for me. We noticed mold around our floor vents and a smell of mildew in the house. We went on Home Advisor's website, after watching a TV commercial and put in a request. Within an hour, Chris of Air Duct SouthEast LLC responded. Chris walked me through the estimate process and offered a discount for my law enforcement service. He offers for Military, too. His price was reasonable. Chris & his workers arrived on time. Chris did a thorough walk through. They set up and began the work. However, they ran into problems as the duct work began to fall apart. After crawling under the house, the owner stopped all work and refused to accept any payment for their time and efforts. While they could clean the ducts, he advised that due to the age of the system and it's disrepair, it would be the same as putting a "band-aid on a broken bone". Chris then called someone he felt could help us and with whom had previously worked with. Chris explained it would be easy to take my money to clean, but, it wouldn't be honest. The person he recommended, was at our home 2 hours later, and we are replacing the duct work this weekend with his recommended contractor. After recently being ripped off by an unscrupulous contractor for $1500, it was a pleasure to meet with such honesty. Chris could have easily, taken my check for $700, do a shame job and walk away, we none the wiser. Not only do I highly recommend Air Duct SouthEast, I already recommended him personally to three others today!

Air Duck Dr were professional, great to work with and did an amazing job. Recommend them highly. They amount of dirt and construction dust they removed was shocking. The house smelled amazing when they were done. Plus the allergies were reduced to zero.

I can't say how much I appreciate what these guys did! They were very professional, efficient and kept the mess to a minimum. We just bought a house that is about 20 years old so We had our air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. I knew it needed it, and the before and after pictures definitely convinced me that the service they provide is well worth the money spent! Air Duct SouthEast did a fantastic job cleaning our duct system. They were incredibly thorough and professional. The process takes several steps from cleaning, photos of all the work being done, and sterilizing the areas cleaned. If that isn't enough the final clean-up at the end included dusting and vacuuming all the areas where work was done. Everything went back to exactly the way it was when they started the work. An added plus for me was the incredible team that did the work. They arrived on time, were well groomed, polite, and awesome young men. I can't say enough about this company ! Excellent service ! We saw Air Duct SouthEast at the Home Show in Bluffton, SC. We set up an appointment. The owner Chris came to our home and discussed the process of the cleaning. He was courteous and right on time. We decided to do all the vents, intakes , including dryer. Brian and Mark came to our home to do the work. Right on time ! Very courteous and professional. Cleaned up after the job ! Outstanding employees. I highly recommend this company !

Chris wasted no time in working us in when dryer vent was leaking in vent pipe. Did a great job resealed and cleaned pipe to out side vent. Really knows what he is doing. We the had him check our A/C Ducts.

After a friendly and fast evaluation of our system, Chris got his team out quickly a few days later. Brian, Sean, & Mark were on time and did a great job of explaining the process as well as showing before and after pictures of the duct work. We will definitely have them back every year to do the dryer vent and every 3 years for the the rest of the ducts as recommended. Brian and Sean's work was exemplary. They showed us through photos how neglected our system had been and how great it looked after cleaning.
They worked continuously from 9am until 7pm (no breaks) to complete our duct cleaning and sanitizing. We are almost finished with a kitchen remodel and now the house feels immaculate !
